This is how it began

In 2007, we planted our first 1000 lavender plants. We planted 3 varieties: Lavandula Anguistifolia (English Lavender) - Pacific Blue, Lavandula X Intermedia - Grosso and Super.

By January 2008, we were excited to be able to harvest our first lavender. It was all done by hand and took quite a long time. The smell of the lavender in full bloom was amazing and the bees loved the flowers.
